Head Coach

Jose is a certified Personal Trainer and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has worked with both the general population and strength athletes, and has competed in Powerlifting and Strongman events himself.

In 2022, Jose faced a major leg injury that reshaped his approach to training. Through his own rehabilitation journey, he gained a deeper understanding of injury prevention, recovery, and the importance of sustainable progress.

Today, his coaching blends evidence-based strength training with personalized strategies that help clients achieve long-lasting results. Whether you want to build strength for longevity, push toward your peak performance, or overcome injuries that have held you back, Jose provides the expertise and support to guide you forward.

He believes there’s no single path to success—every individual responds differently. His mission is to help you discover your strongest version, on a path designed for you.

His personal training and coaching methods have evolved to provide long-lasting results for his clients. Whether you are looking to increase your overall strength for longevity and acquire the strongest version of yourself or if you are dealing with injuries that block your progress, Jose can provide you with support in your quest. Jose’s learned that there isn’t a straight path to success, and every individual will respond differently to different stimuli and fitness programs.
