MASTER COACH
Jose’s a certified personal trainer and Physical Therapist Assistant. He has 18 years of experience in the fitness industry and has worked with the general population and strength athletes. Jose participated in various Powerlifting and Strongman competitions. In 2022, he endured a major leg injury that led him to a great learning curve on rehabilitation and injury prevention. His personal training and coaching methods have evolved to provide long-lasting results for his clients. Whether you are looking to increase your overall strength for longevity and acquire the strongest version of yourself or if you are dealing with injuries that block your progress, Jose can provide you with support in your quest. Jose’s learned that there isn’t a straight path to success, and every individual will respond differently to different stimuli and fitness programs.

LILIANA
FOUNDER
Liliana’s journey into strength training began long before she opened the doors to her gym. As a full-time schoolteacher and mother, she understands firsthand how easy it is to put personal health on the back burner. Like many working parents, balancing a career and family responsibilities made consistency in fitness challenges. Over time, she realized that prioritizing her well-being was not selfish — it was essential.
Through conversations with medical professionals and health specialists, Liliana learned that long-term wellness consistently comes down to three foundational pillars: nutrition, quality sleep, and physical strength. Strength training became the most transformative — yet also the most intimidating. After sustaining a serious back injury due to improper form while doing a hip thrust on her own, she experienced how vulnerable the body can be without proper coaching and structured guidance. The days she spent immobile became a defining turning point.
As an educator, Liliana works daily with students who have diverse learning styles, abilities, and needs. She understands that no two individuals learn — or grow — in the same way. That philosophy directly shapes Strength Dynamics. She founded the gym to be a space where programs are intentional, coaching is personalized, and every member — regardless of age, background, or starting point — feels supported rather than intimidated.
Strength Dynamics is built on the belief that strength training should be accessible and adaptable. Whether someone is a beginner, returning after injury, or seeking long-term performance and longevity, the gym is designed to meet them where they are.
For Liliana, strength training is not about aesthetics alone — it is about empowerment, independence, and long-term capability. Her personal journey and professional experience as a teacher are the foundation of her mission: to build a community where everyone could grow stronger in a way that respects their individual needs.
